Hi, I’m Karen Fisher
After 11 years of building what looked like a “successful” grooming business, I hit rock bottom. Overwhelmed. Burned out. Passion completely gone.
So I walked away and enrolled in a "Mathematics & It's Learning" degree at The Open University, planning to become a teacher.
But something unexpected happened.
Studying business finance, pricing structures, and systems didn’t help me leave grooming—it showed me exactly what had been missing.
When I reopened my salon after the pandemic, everything was different.
Clear boundaries. Proper pricing. Financial independence. Systems that gave me control instead of chaos.
And my love of grooming? It came flooding back.
