It’s a 7-day guided workshop hosted inside a private Facebook group, designed exclusively for dog groomers who are ready to finally understand, calculate, and own their prices.

This group is being created solely for one week and only for dog groomers. This is not generic “pet business” mush. This is not just empowering words and airy fairy chats that deliver no real value.

This is me, a dog groomer, business coach and university maths geek sharing the solid gold pricing strategies that have transformed the businesses of hundreds of groomers inside the Academy.

Yes, it involves some maths, yes it involves a bit of work with your own numbers, but that's why we're doing this together. 

And as it's a Facebook group, we also have a full week to chat and I’ll be on hand to answer your questions all week.

Across one empowering week, you’ll be invited to 6 live sessions via Zoom (with replays available if you can’t make the lives) where we’ll strip away the guesswork, crunch real numbers, and rebuild your confidence around what you charge. 

Mon 3rd – 8pm - Outgoings & Costs & how they affect your prices. 

Tue 4th – 8pm - Salaries, Tax & the pitfalls of paying by the hour! (By the end of today’s strategy call, you will have a minimum price for your services). 

Wed 5th – 10am - Building Profit and your raising your “Sweet Spot” .

Thurs 6th - 10am - How to approach your next price increase with your customers to minimise customer loss. Dog Groomer to Dog Groomer (this is one not to miss).

Fri 7th – BREAK - use this day to catch up or head to the Facebook group with your questions.

Sat 8th – 3pm - Money mindset. If the numbers you’ve calculated this week have scared you a bit, let's have a pep talk and make a plan. x

Sun 9th – 6pm - Summary and Q&A

By the end of the week, you’ll never need to ask “What do you charge for a…” in a Facebook forum again
