Coaching Terms & Conditions
Thank you for purchasing Coaching with The Grooming Goddess Academy. These terms clarify exactly what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. If you have any questions, please get in touch and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the membership, “The Grooming Goddess Academy” offered by Karen Fisher. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Karen Fisher (“me”, "mine" or “I”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the The Grooming Goddess Academy coaching. These terms are subject to any rights you have under UK consumer law to which I am are bound to and which cannot be waived.
Coaching Outline
Single Coaching Session
- One (1) 60-minute Zoom coaching session
3-Session Coaching Package
- Three (3) 60-minute Zoom coaching sessions
- Three (3) months access to The Grooming Goddess Academy Membership to support coaching discussions and implementation
Membership Specifics
Following purchase of 3-session + membership you will receive access to the content which includes video lessons, downloadable resources and workbooks.
You have the opportunity to work through the material in your own time alongside live Q&A sessions hosted by me.
Whilst I have every confidence that the membership material will allow you to achieve the outcomes you want, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results.
Failure to engage with the materials will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. The material is bespoke but also includes general advice.
This membership does not replace accredited qualifications.
It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the membership to your circumstances both during the membership and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the membership is unique to them. The aim is that being inside the membership will provide you with have new information, strategies and techniques to lead a happier, thriving business.
Please be aware that the membership is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.
The aim of this membership is that you should be able to access the material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of any downloads or accessing the pre-recorded videos then I am happy to help you to get up and running. Please email [email protected] and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. I aim to respond to you within 48 hours – or two working days.
You have access to a private community to support you during the membership. The intention of the group is to provide a community support network and enhance the membership experience. From time to time I will post and offer support but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded. The substantive method of communication will be via email and the substantive membership content is contained in the online resources centre.
Payment Terms
The cost of coaching is £150 for one-session or £480 for 3-sessions paid in full or 3-sessions £240 paid in two installments with the first instalment taken on the day of purchase and the second instalment taken exactly one calendar month late. Please note that current pricing is subject to change.
Session Timeframe (3-Session Package only)
All three sessions must take place within 6 months of the first session being held (not booked). Any unused sessions after this time will be forfeited. At our discretion, a one-off extension may be granted in exceptional circumstances. Extensions are not guaranteed and must be requested before the 6-month period expires.
Membership Access (3-Session Package Only)
The 3-session package includes complimentary access to The Grooming Goddess Academy membership for 3 months.
Membership access commences on the date the first coaching session takes place and ends automatically after 3 months. Membership access is provided to support coaching discussions and implementation. Membership access is not included with the single 1-hour sessio.
Membership access is non-transferable and will not be extended unless the coachee decides to join the Academy as a paying member after the initial 3 months.
Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While guidance and expertise are offered results are not guaranteed, outcomes depend on your own actions and implementation. You remain fully responsible for business decisions made.
Coaching sessions must be conducted respectfully. The Grooming Goddess Academy reserves the right to terminate coaching and remove membership access if behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or in breach of these Terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Cancellation
You may reschedule a coaching session if:
- At least 48 hours’ notice is provided
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given the session will be forfeited and no refund or replacement session will be offered
- Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered.
In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled by the coach due to:
- Illness
- Emergency
- Unforeseen circumstances
The session will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
Refunds
All payments are legally binding once the booking is made. Instalment payments must be completed in full, regardless of session usage. Failure to complete instalment payments may result in:
- Suspension of coaching sessions
- Removal of complimentary membership access
Due to the personalised nature of coaching all coaching sales are non-refundable. This includes single sessions, coaching packages, partially used or unused sessions, complimentary membership access included within a package.
Refunds will only be issued where required by law.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.
Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others in the membership. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured. Intellectual Property
You will be provided with membership materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain mine. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about the membership please do share it with me. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. I really hope that you love this membership as much as I do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to [email protected]
General
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the membership delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the membership.
